New shoes

Not even one year, Ayra complained that her school shoes dah ketat.... kenalah beli baru...

Kalau mama dulu.... kasut sekolah boleh jadi hadiah sebab dapat no 1  tau!

Parents: Kena apply balik strategy mak kita dulu-dulu... beli size besar sikit, pas tu sumbat tisu... boleh pakai 2 tahun

As long as you happy... go to school and study well, it is ok with me .....hehehe

Stay up....watching TV

Now musim bola... Mr H watched some matches....

Budak-budak cepat belajar...

So this little fellow sudah pandai stay up at night to watch cartoon.....(salahkan Mr H, walaupun kekadang mama stay up tgk citer korea... hehehe)

Aisy ... jom tidur ... mama dah ngantuk...

At the time this photo taken, the clock showing half past eleven.... biasanya dah tidur at ten.

Jalan-Jalan Cherating

Along the way to the hotel, there were a lot of kedai makan, not to worry ... we stopped at this restaurant for our lunch...

ape maksud bagih tu ye?... kalo Ba'gih...loghrat Kelate.. maksudnye sort of  jampi serapah

They served thai food... quite delicious....

Dah senja...

We looked for keropok lekor  around the area but could not find ... even at the beach side...no keropok lekor stall until we reached the junction to the main road, adalah sebuah van jual air kelapa and keropok lekor... ala-ala KL punye keropok lekor....

We were recommended to have our dinner here...

awe... oh awe....

where the seafood is fresh...

but we did not manage to get ikan bharat larr

The food was oklah, the best dish was sotong goreng tepung...... but we had to wait for more than an hour to get our food served... Daneen dah tidur and did not eat... and I ate while holding her... separuh nikmat makan hilang....;-(

Before we returned to KL, we went to Kemaman which was about 30 minutes from Cherating... to get this...

Sata...yum yum...

and of course keropok lekor and many more...

kedai macam ni... tak nak beli pun jadi nak beli.....

last but not least a learning excursion to see the real turtle...

baru menetas ?

Only the ladies yang interested to learn.... the gentlemen semua tunggu dalam kereta je.... sebab tu bila lalu tepi jalan nampak sampah ingat penyu terlepas, ye Mr H? Ehss ehss....

Residence Inn @ Cherating

Last school break we planned to go back to Kelantan again, and I had booked a hotel at Cherating so that we can stop by during our way back home. Unfortunately Mr H a.k.a driver was not feeling well and 9 hours driving will  worsen his condition , so tak jadi balik knowing that ayah's health also has improved. Tapi hotel dah booked kan? so rugilah kalau tak pegi.... and cuti sekolah tak pegi mana-mana... ummm bosanlah... mana sama mandi kolam kecik kat rumah compared kolam besar kat hotel...

When I told Akeef that we're going to Cherating, he said "Pahang lagi...."Totally forgot that this year we went to Cameron and Gambang.... both located in Pahang... lol.

Asalkan dapat spend quality time with family tak kisahlah kat mana pun....betul tak?

yea yea yea ... dah sampai....

Hotel ni macam courtyard... all rooms facing swimming pool.

wading pool, swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi....

All rooms have 2 double beds.... memang sesuai untuk orang anak ramai macam I ... hehehe....

2 extra pillows ada dalam lemari.... fuhhh baguih....

All rooms have  veranda...

All rooms have bathrooms.... of course la... hahaha

only 2 towels....dah bawa extra ok... mum to 5 must be prepared...

All rooms have LCD tv.....and free wifi... excellent...

Actually the room was quite big, can have extra bed in it...

Now lets cramp the kids in one bed....

haaa.... muat pun... 

Definitely no more space for no 6 eh Mr H?.... better stop at no 5 only.... hehehe

BBQ nite....

One of the colleagues resigned... and we felt so sad... maybe demotivated...

We sure need some sort of gathering to cheer up.... so we decided to have BBQ at my house. Somehow, everybody was being so nice to come and prepare the BBQ i.e hosting this together... it was for us anyway... working up together will get us closer hopefully....

Actually at a time like this... forgot to take photos maa...only a few... and bad ones as they were the product of my BB... tapi layan je lah....

Suruh Vs Ajak

When Akeef was about 10 years old, I started to train him to perform 5 daily prayers. Yes it was not easy, somehow whenever I asked ' Akeef, have you prayed?' . His answer normally no and I then asked him to pray and he said ok. I used to double checked whether he really performed it or not, he usually did as per his say.

So Dhia now is 10 years old and I started to do the same... but people say different child, different behaviour... when I asked her to pray.... she did not say yes or no.... but she was silent and it was actually means NO...arrgh!

It has being for quite some time that she behaving like that and I was so frustrated.... I know it is a challenge not only to the child but also to the parents....syaitan goda dua-dua sekali... anak malas sembahyang.... mak pun malas nak suruh....

I have been thinking of how to make this easier...... what if I request her to join me for the prayer instead.... I am going to pray anyway... so why not pray together... and guess what... it is a bit easier as she is willing to join me praying.

She also asked her sisters to join us, which actually another challenge for me to wait for them to prepare themselves for the prayer.... sometimes punye lama.... nak ambil wudhu', pakai telekung, hampar sejadah... sampai mama nyaris nak terkentut... hihihi...

ada orang lain yang berminat jugalah...

However I could only do this during weekend.... but really hope she get the idea that it is not hard to pray 5 times a day... betul-betul terasa beratnya nak mendidik anak,  kerana kena didik diri sendiri dulu...supaya tidak mengambil jalan mudah untuk tidak mendidik...

Parent: Parenting is not easy... it takes lots of  patience...
