No matter how much I love travelling .. I can feel the energy is declining.
But being older, we are more preseverant.
We understand that life is short so every moment is priceless.
So the journey persued.

Haha may be not, because that wasn't my subject when captured this photo.
Nevermind, my point is that sometimes a short journey can become long during festive season. Everywhere was jam!! ( except KL , I heard :-)). Apalah lagi a long distance.... akan jadi a very loooonnng journey.
People say plan ahead ... but sometimes the best plan is to face it.. gracefully .. haha. I was thinking to stay somewhere in Kuantan on the way back from hari raya ...so at least, we can rest a bit, but abang Rizq wanted to spend a day or two at home .. so tak jadilah nak hantar dia balik UMP and stay overnite there.
Begitulah yang dirancang tak semestinya jadi, samalah last time kita nak singgah Samsuria ni masa bawa Mek balik KL. Ditakdirkan Mr H's aunt had passed away on that day and her house was at Gua Musang...so logically we had to cancel the plan.
Tapi kita sampai juga ke Samsuria Beach Resort ni ... ini kira cerita throwback la ni hehe. Alhamdulillah masih rezeki walaupun Agoda's policy stated that if cancelled on the booking day kira burnt, tapi due to our circumstances, they were kind enough to arrange with the resort for a switch date. Masa Agoda minta the new date ... I can't really think, so I gave a date a day after my birthday ... kira birthday getaway for me and Dhia laa..cia cia cia.
Pergi untuk rileks-rileks ...walaupun sebenarnya kena sit for ccpi business exam right after balik...huhuhu. Date for the exam came later, rasanya kalo minta tukar date lain tak dapat dah. Lagi pun dah plan nak bawa Mek jalan-jalan, sebab itu memang niat asalnya. Teruskan aja.
Kita sampai Kuantan lunch time so terus pegi ke Kayu Manis Bistro di Indera Mahkota 8.
Kedai ni kedai kawan kita .. so syok sambil lunch sambil sembang. Sesiapa ke Kuantan singgahlah ke kedai Liz and Duan ni ... pekena asam pedas or patin tempoyak. Semua sedap-sedap.
So we took the 2 rooms apartment. The entrance is next to this sweet kitchen, siap ada island lagi.
Mek will sleep here..
Mama and papa and Aiz and Daneen will sleep here. ( somebody dah resmi the bed before the photo was taken ... :-))
Yang lelain tidurlah kat mana-mana... hehe...besar apartment ni kann ;-)
The master bedroom, its bathroom and the living room are overlooking the gorgeous sea.
The picture taken from the apartment, nope we were too lazy to go out...
Even for dinner... terpaksalah mama and papa keluar tapau food.
For breakfast pun tapau juga..
Nasi kerabu daging bakar super sedap beli nearby. The apartment was so cozy tu yang malas nak keluar.
But sayanglah kalau tak ke pantai .. nun memanggil-manggil.
Even Mek had her morning strolling at the beach.
Be close to nature...
The kids dah tinggal mama jauh ... Can you see the tiny them at the beach? This is Samsuria's private beach .. so tak ada orang pepagi ni.
Had fun with ombak ... Aiz ni macam baru first time main ombak ... hihi and dia cakap "air ni ada masin lah mama".
Dari pantai sempat sambung pulak kat kolam before check out.
